Our laboratory has high-precision manufacturing, control, and measurement capabilities, operated by experienced personnel who offer a high level of responsiveness at every stage of your projects.

Technical resources

PERIFERI offers numerous possibilities for prototyping, pre-production, and testing thanks to its technical equipment and precision instruments:

• Tensile test bench – 2000 daN: Used to perform mechanical tensile tests on various materials or assemblies in order to measure their strength, elongation, or compression.
• 3D printer: Used for rapid manufacturing of prototypes, test parts, or customized tools.
• Leak testing device – ATEQ: Leak testing system used to verify product compliance with pressure or air leak requirements.
• Leak testing device – underwater: Leak testing system for visually checking for air leaks.
• Burst testing device: Water-in-water testing system for performing burst tests up to 30 bar.
• 3D measuring arm – FARO: Three-dimensional metrology tool for precise dimensional control of complex parts.
• 3-axis digital welding machine: Automated equipment for high-precision welding operations on three axes, ideal for complex assemblies, IR welding, hot knife welding, etc.
• Pneumatic welding machine: Welding machine that uses air pressure to ensure consistent and repeatable assembly. 

We design machines from A to Z, starting either:

• from specifications provided by the customer,
• or from scratch, working together to develop specifications tailored to the customer's specific needs.

Our design process covers all of the following areas:

The assembly of the machines includes the following steps:

• Assembly and mechanical installation of commercially available parts, subassemblies, and components
• Boiler making, mechanical welding
• Wiring of electrical cabinets and the machine
• Installation of pneumatic and/or hydraulic piping
• Mechanical adjustment of the machines

Automation and programming: we adapt to the brand of controller specified in the specifications.

Supervision and human-machine interface (HMI).

Robotics: 6-axis robots, SCARA, bin pickers, etc. Pick-and-place programming, trajectories, on-the-fly part picking using a vision system. We adapt to the robot brand specified in the specifications.

Industrial vision: 2D/3D bulk sorting, thermography, vision systems based on artificial intelligence.

Traceability: integration and connection with the ERP.
