The fully automatic machine consists of :
- Machining center with 7 numerical axis
- Multi-functions table tool numerical with 8 axis.
- 2x Universal clamping mandrel diameter 150mm until 650mm
- 2x Sleeve insertion unit with position and insertion force monitoring
- Milling of a thread on both side of the liner.
- Evacuation of machining chips by vacuum
- Ionized air blowing inside of the tank during the milling .
- Over changeable jaws
- Renishaw measurement device to check the dimensions , shape and thread
- Possibility to load by 6 axis Robot.
- Etc.
Various liner versions can be run on this machine diameter from 150mm to 650mm
Length from 1000mm to 2200mm
