Quick Connectors Finishing Machine
Fully automatic special machine that was developed for battery packs for e-mobility to produce quick connectors
The fully automatic machine consists of:
- Separation of bulk goods (body) using 3D vision system + Fanuc 6-axis robot.
- Supply vibrating bowl or step feeders for O-ring, center ring, clips, screws, etc.
- Servomotor-controlled turntable with 16 positions ( Weiss brand ).
- Assembly of the O-rings and control of the correct assembly using the vision system.
- Ultrasonic welding of lock-ring and suction + blowing of ionized air.
- Double leak test using ATEQ, Schreiner or INOMATEC devices.
- Installation of 2 locking clips or screws depending on the version.
- Laser marking DMC from the I.O. and N.I.O parts.
- Packaging OK Parts and evacuation of the N.I.O parts by robot.
- Various QC can be run on this machine.
- The inside of the machine are under pressure to avoid dirt penetration.
