The fully automatic machine consists of :
- Separation of bulk goods (body) using a 3D vision system + 2x Fanuc Scara robot parts are taken in flight.
- Transport of the filters using a turntable or pallet system.
- Supplies by step conveyor for caps.
- Infrared welding using a ceramic heater
- Laser welding.
- Ultrasonic welding.
- Etc.
