Equipped with 4 to 7 servo motored axes (2 rotation axes) and with 1 or 2 automatic embedding heads for different insert variants steel or brass.
- Average embedding time : 4 to 4.5 s per insert, including axis movement
- The inserts are fed in by means of 1 or 2 step feeders
With this system, different workpiece variants can be embedded using suitable tools.
